My story
I consider myself a confident individual, able to handle tough business conversations with CEOs, CMOs, and freelancers to drive results. I wasn’t always this way. I grew up in a household marked by domestic and emotional abuse, where I learned that the way to survive is to stay silent. This environment shaped my distorted view of authority and impacted my ability to focus in school.
Later, volunteering for various NGOs, I discovered my natural leadership skills, but I struggled with self-confidence. I missed opportunities and settled for less because the instilled fear and self-doubt held me back. I over-prepared, froze in stressful situations, and accepted undervaluing opportunities.
Determined to break this cycle, I dedicated myself to studying belief systems through neuroscience, psychotherapy, and coaching. After 10,000 hours of learning and practicing, I now help others overcome their limiting beliefs. I’ve transformed my life, landing roles in big tech, launching my own coaching business, and helping clients unlock their potential.
My journey continues as I advance my studies in neuroscience at Kings College, London, and share my work on the digital space. I believe that self-sabotage, though pain, can guide us back to our true selves, helping us grow and succeed.

About the author
My name is Adina Francu and I have been obsessed with transformational coaching for the past 6 years. My first love has been communication and marketing, therefore I am also an experienced marketer for the past 8 years and here I am mixing them both and building this course about self sabotage and the intricacies of the human brain.
I am creative and what makes me thrive with drive in the workplace or outside is the quality of my relationships. I study human behaviour, my background in marketing and sales, plus the taught journey in neuroscience, coaching and psychotherapy brought me here in front of you with this programme.
